Lowering the voting age to 16, citizenship education in schools and much more – read the Joint Recommendations of the EU Youth Conference

Discussions and debates were informed by the opinions expressed by over 40,000 young Europeans in the consultation phase of the process. Policy makers and young people worked together to produce a set of Joint Recommendations, which will be presented to the Council of Youth Ministers.
